Cruises & Tours by Nez will be competing in all aspects of the Travel Industry. We are confident that we will be viewed as trailblazers because of our total commitment to customer satisfaction. The company is designed to function as a consulting operation and through our established relationships with multiple tour companies and cruise lines, we are also capable of performing as a full service travel agency.
Customer Base
Customers and potential customers consist of repeat and first time cruisers as well as a variety of customers with diverse travel needs. Our customer base is being built on an as-we-go-basis. Currently we have groups booked on Carnival, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines going to the Bahamas, Hawaii, Baja Mexico, Alaska and the Western Caribbean respectively.
